Shipping policy

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

Orders placed before 11:00 am NZST on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays) are dispatched the same day from our Bay of Plenty warehouse. Orders placed after 11:00 am, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Post Haste and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you on the day your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at contact@universalremotecontrols.nz within 14 days of your dispatch notification. We will lodge an investigation with Post Haste on your behalf. Where Post Haste confirms a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address provided at checkout) and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you do not wish to proceed with redelivery, we will issue a refund for the product price only - original shipping fees are non-refundable.
